  • Every order is packed and shipped by hand from our little corner of the world. Small batch means things may occasionally take a little extra time — but we promise it’s worth the wait. 🤍
  • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
  • Turquoise Hill is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
  • Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee address changes after an order is placed.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather or launch traffic.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items.
  • Local pickup is not available at this time.
