Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the limited nature of our drops, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on hats, accessories, sale items and custom/handmade pieces.
  • Clothing items may be exchanged for STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors/pet hair and in original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
  • Need a different size? Email us and we’ll do our best to help if inventory allows.
  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 days if there are any issues with your order.
  • We do not offer refunds to original payment methods at this time.
  • Turquoise Hill reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
